Welcome to **New Kids on the Beach**, your perfect coastal escape designed for comfort, connection, and easy beach living. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, this spacious and thoughtfully appointed home offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your time by the coast. The home is nestled within the Ocean Ridge Wyndam Resort, steps away from the golf club house and the Pros and Cons restaurant.
The Space
This beautifully maintained beach house blends modern comfort with laid-back coastal charm. Open, airy living spaces and plenty of natural light create a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. The layout is ideal for groups—offering both shared gathering areas and private spaces to unwind.
Living Room
The main living area is designed for relaxation after a day in the sun. Comfortable seating, a large TV, and an open layout make it easy for everyone to gather, whether you're watching a movie, catching a game, or just spending time together.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. With ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the essential cookware, meal prep is simple and enjoyable.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, giving every guest their own relaxing retreat. Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. There is a queen in one of the two upstairs bedrooms, and a double bunk bed in the third upstairs bedroom. The home has 2 sofa beds, one is downstairs in the living room, the other, upstairs in the landing. The home also has 1 blow-up mattress.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we walked in, the house felt bright, and welcoming. This home is thoughtfully designed, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It was obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need.The design made it easy for everyone to spend time together. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Really nice space for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and all of the little details made the house feel more like a home than a rental.We especially enjoyed a morning cup of coffee on the screened outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen. We also loved the location. It was peaceful but still convenient to everything, with easy access to the beach and we could even walk to the clubhouse for our tee time. It made getting around Edisto simple while still feeling like a quiet getaway.Our family made some wonderful memories here, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this amazing home to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and beautifully maintained place to stay in Edisto. The house is amazing in a great location. It was nice and tidy and so new and fresh. The neighbors are wonderful as well. The hosts are easy to work with and are very punctual. The only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. Great place :)

This home is amazing! The owners have thought of everything. While I did not realize that the home was located in the Wyndham Resort, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was a short walk away and the neighborhood allowed for a pleasant shady walk! It was beautiful! I will definitely stay on my next trip to Edisto!
