if there had been a vacuum cleaner there i would have been happy to clean properly before i left although we did leave it reasonably clean

Location was great, lots of lovely views, close to the beach, but at the quieter end of town.
Very convenient to the railway station, but still close enough to take a stroll into the main high street and town.
The cottage was so well equipped, you have the opportunity to cook anything you desire, especially if the weather wasn’t in your favour.
I think the owners could have left a little more information and recommendations for the local area.

Loved the upstairs lounge and balcony. We had excellent weather so were able to sit on the deck a lot and enjoy watching the golfers, the hills and the odd train. Lovely for sitting outside from breakfast to evening. House seemed recently decorated and all really nice. Kitchen well set up for cooking with plenty of facilities. Can park right outside and walk easily to the seafront and restaurants and pubs.
We found the bed and pillow a bit hard but I like a soft bed. That is all I reduced the top rating for.
