Brilliant hotel in a super location!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The public transport was nearby and easily accessible. Shops were fsirly close and didn't cost too much with a taxi. Our trip was for Disney, and we found it very easy to get to from the hotel.

The facilities that were there were brilliant. However, there was no kettle in the room for morning teas/coffees. Saying this, the bar and bar staff were brilliant.

Comfortable stay

Everything was great! Comfortable room, new furniture, polite people. Great location for a visit to Disneyland. The breakfast was more than enough. We loved every moment!

Great facility and location.

Perfect! Kids loved their bunk bed nook and privacy from our part of the room. Bed were amazing and bathroom facilities great. Very clean and modern.

Front desk was not helpful with recommending a place to eat. Only to find a restaurant out the back door and having spent money to order uber eats as we had to wait 3 hours for room to be ready.

Excellent for short stay

Excellent family room with separate area for bunk beds. Extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom facilities. Clean and air conditioning was a plus. Staff exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is not a 4-star hotel. We had the chance to stay in a 4-star hotel in Paris Serris, and I can guarantee 💯 that's not 4 stars. I am very disappointed 😞 the staff members at the restaurant next door were pretty rude with me and my family. Staff members at the hotel were somewhat nice. The room was very small, no extras as you found in a 4-star hotel. Not even towels were changed for our 4 nights stay there we had to go downstairs and ask for towels and toilet paper, no greeting or any sign of friendliness from staff members. No shower gel is available or even a proper glass or coffee in the room. We were extremely disappointed and couldn't wait to leave.

10 minute cab journey to Disneyland. I believe bus stop is about 10 minutes walk away but can be a bit more tricky with children especially after a long day in the dark at night. Clean rooms.

When we arrived we paid for the hotel in full. We went to our rooms and tried to turn the Air con on as it was a very hot day. The air con was not working and so we asked if we were doing something wrong but were then informed the AC is not working on the third floor. We asked if we could swap rooms but they had no availability. There was nothing else they could do and the rooms were quite humid. They did not even offer anything for the inconvenience. There is no fridge in the room so you can’t keep snacks for the kids or cold drinks which was annoying especially as there are no local shops nearby (it’s just roads). No complimentary water and when asked we were charged £6.00 per bottle which I feel is overpriced. Overall was ok, not sure if I would return.

Great, modern hotel. €12 BOLT to Disney

Lovely clean modern hotel. Great breakfast options. Friendly helpful staff. When we requested a bowl it was delivered in minutes which was excellent.

No phone in room so when we realised we only had one towel between 2 of us we'd to go down to reception to request another one. Nit a huge deal, but not ideal either!

Tout était parfait !

L'hôtel est bien situé pour un séjour à Disneyland, très bien entretenu et correspond parfaitement à la description. Les chambres sont impeccables et le personnel est très sympathique. Nous n'avons rien à redire sur notre séjour, gros plus pour le bar et le service restauration rapide qui ferme à 22h30, très utile après une grosse journée sur le parc !

Il manque simplement en chambre un petit service bouilloire / thé / café qui aurait été appréciable

Het hotel is nog steeds niet af na anderhalf jaar open te zijn!!! De parlefon en toegangshek werken nog steeds niet ,als je na 22.30u toekomt of voor 7u smorgens moet je telefoneren naar de receptie??? Maar aan de poort hangt geen telefoon nummer??? Wanneer gaat dat eindelijk in orde komen??? Als het erg druk is in het hotel valt de WiFi uit??? Gedaan met tv kijken.... Het licht in de kamer zou dimbaar mogen zijn!!! Voor een 4* hotel mag er wel meer comfort zijn met o.a een koelkast op de kamer. Er was ook geen koffiezetapparaat enkel als je meer betaald??? Geen aanpassingen mogelijk qua verwarming in de badkamer. De prijs voor één kamer vanaf Maart 2026 gaan fors de hoogte in ...voor dit hotel veel te duur!! In de buurt zijn betere hotels voor minder geld beschikbaar.

Le manque d’une cafetière, d’un frigo, pas de bouteille d’eau pour cause de souci écologique. Clim à 16° l’arrivée de la chambre. Chambre Twin lit en 80 beaucoup trop petit.
