It is very close to Southern Cross Station, easily accessible via sky us or other forms of public transport. Apartment is nice and cosy, well-equipped kitchen and clean with great view of the Marvel Stadium. Coles is just across the street and major attractions are within walking distance or can be reached using free trams.
Not a dislike, but a shortcoming. The apartment only has a central aircon unit in the living room, hence one of the bedroom is colder during the winter period, while the other room feels good.

Location is very handy
Few things - parking is very inconvenient and have to travel between 2 buildings. There was no clear instructions to travel from parking to apartment
Lights - very dimly lit and light in entrance not working.
Air conditioning - no AC in rooms and no ventilation either
