El piso, en general, está fenomenal. Las camas muy cómodas y es muy luminoso. Y lo mejor, tener parking gratuito.

Le falta mantenimiento: la cisterna de uno de los baños pierde agua, el foco de la habitación grande se cae si se toca, la puerta del baño se atasca a veces costando salir...

Le fait de prolonger, les propriétaires n’ont pas voulu que je prolonge 1 mois de plus, alors que c’était pour le travail. Ils ont voulu louer plus cher car il y avait la semaine mobile à Barcelone. Donc tout Barcelone était très cher. Donc j’ai du aller ailleurs à l’hôtel 200m plus loin où il y avait également des appartements un peu moins cher au mois. Donc conclusion, mon séjour était top( cependant la voiture impossible de se garer, il faut absolument une petite voiture style Ibiza, au-dessus c’est mort pour se garer, car les voisins en profite pour se mettre sur l’extrême ligne) la dame qui s’occupe de l’appartement est exceptionnelle elle est super!!! Elle réponds rapidement et est parfaite. Je la recommande pour son professionnalisme. Plus ++++ apparemment, conciergerie avec la dame Laura un extra +++++++++++++++, l’emplacement. Les — le parking, ainsi que les propriétaires qui ne sont pas très arrangeant. Voilà

Our stay met most of our expectations, and what made it truly special was Laura. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help — nothing was ever too much trouble. She responded to our requests quickly and always made sure we felt completely happy and cared for.

The apartment was located in a very touristy area, with most of the units rented out as short-term apartments. It’s quite far from the city center — about a 35-minute ride each way to the main attractions. The apartment could also use some updates and renovation. Every morning, at least three times, the general electrical fuses blew. When that happened, the Wi-Fi stopped working and the electronic door accesses couldn’t be used. There are a few areas that could be improved. The towel rack was half-detached from the wall. The dishwasher’s upper rack was loose and didn’t stay in place. The blind in the smaller room is manually operated but difficult to fold properly. When it was windy, the terrace doors didn’t seal well and the apartment became drafty. And so on.
