Magnificent views of the sea and city in a brand new Bofill's building (famous architect). Only 15 minutes from the historic city center and a 10-15 euro taxi ride. Great apartment to enjoy Barcelona, feeling on the sea, while having breakfast on the Terrace. Spacious living room with ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the sea and sunny terrace with comfortable garden table with chairs and lounges. Fully equipped kitchen and new appliances . Large dining table. Large comfortable sofa. 1 En-suite bedroom with wardrobe. 2 Double bedrooms with twin beds. 2 Complete bathrooms. Large hall entrance. This apartment is located right on the beach, 2 minutes walk. Close to metro and bus. Well connected to all interesting site seeing areas of Barcelona.

- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

There was a noise monitor that was triggered by moving chairs after 10pm, and we were not notified in advance about this monitoring device. Not a single rug or carpet made it cold and not homey, and roaches in the kitchen. The en-suote bathroom for one of the bedrooms was not clearly displayed in the listing.
