Удачное расположение, до метро 5 минут, до Меркадоны и Лидл тоже, квартира в тихом спокойном районе, быстро разобрались с регистрацией и электронными ключами. В квартире есть для комфорта - посудомойка, тостер, много посуды.

Хотелось бы необходимое количество запасов таблеток для посудомойки и капсул для стирки, и хотя бы соль и сахар, так как приходится все покупать. Немного переживали за залог 300 евро, но все вернули через 3 дня.

Quiet neighbourhood and closeness of metro station…also cleanness.

Everything was good.

The location is good — very close to both the metro and tram, with a supermarket just around the corner. It’s about a 15‑minute walk to the shopping centre and around 20 minutes to the beach, which makes getting around very easy. The apartment looks exactly as presented in the photos and is quite well equipped. The washing machine-dryer is a big bonus. The shower is small, but it worked fine for us. The beds were comfortable. The access via electronic key was new to us, but the owner was very responsive, patient, and provided clear instructions. The physical keys were waiting inside. The neighbourhood is nice, though it can get noisy at night — not the host’s fault — as groups of young people sometimes gather outside and stay late. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient area.

It’s worth noting that there was no coffee, tea, or sugar provided, and having a few more tea towels, cloths, and toilet paper would be helpful. It would be helpful if the note is left that the shower functions are reversed (hot is cold, cold is hot). Sometimes there was an odor in the bathroom but it looks like a general problem in the area. It can get noisy at night — not the host’s fault — as groups of young people sometimes gather outside and stay late.

Douche trop petite, ferme très mal et température aléatoire. Tous les portes serviettes étaient cassées. Remontée de mauvaises odeurs. Aucun produit de première nécessité disponible sur place. Appartement mal isolé donc bruyant (les fenêtres fermaient mal).
