Great pied-à-terre in proximity to the beach.

Excellent guest house in a brilliant location near the Jumeira beach front down by Umm Al Suquiem with big rooms and access to a shared kitchen.

Only downside was that the family room on ground level faces directly to the front garden and entrance meaning one needs to have the curtains drawn for privacy. The interior is a bit dated but it’s functional. There was a neighbouring room which had a loud guest talking loudly all night which is not the property’s fault but it did spoil my experience. Nonetheless I would book again.

Good location, nice neighbourhood

The apartment was great, it was a little bit hard to find on Google maps but other than that the location was great. It had a lot of amenities, even a washing machine. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

Parts of the shower were a little mouldy, the silicone sealent should probably be changed.

The bathroom wasn't clean hair in the shower plug,the bath didn't work, also the duvet although clean had a very strong smell of bleach so bad it gave me a headache

Great convenient stay for our whole family.

Location was very convenient. Close to mall of the emirates and jumeirah beach. Easy access. The kitchen was equipped and allowed us to bring in our own food items and reheat as well. Everything was clean and organized.

No complaints.

A unique chance to live near Burj-Al-Arab like an Arabic Sheikh

This is a spacious master room in a villa located in the most prestigious district near the sea. The villa has everything for life, it is clean, and the host is very friendly. There is an iconic beach with Burj-Al-Arab view in a five minutes of walking. I believe I got a unique chance to spend a few days like an Arabic millionaire.

A Mosque located in 50 metres wakes you up at 4 am every day. The climat control system is a bit noisy, and the shared space was often too warm.

Location

Poor furnitures and equipments repaired at low cost, the all house has to be renewed. Doesn’t reach emirates standards. Room noisy.

A lovely spacious villa in the best location, steps from the beach and restaurants.

The location is perfect; a few minutes walk from the beach, and within walking distance to great restaurants. Yasmine and everyone staying in the villa were very friendly. They even surprised me with fresh fruit on arrival. The room is very spacious and the shared bathroom is right next to the room. The kitchen is large and easy to share with the rest of the occupants. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Great location! Walking distance to beach, park, cafes and restaurants

Great location, very comfortable bed, easy checkin, good AC lots of cabinets and nice commonareas. Water and snacks in the room. Faulty sink stopper and some trimmings that needed changing, but that didnt matter. I had a great stay and will come back.

Pokoj byl obrovský s balkonem. Bylo možné použít pračku, pěkný společný obývací pokoj.

Při pobytu byl špatný jistič elektroinstalace pro ohřev teplé vody. Mělo to vliv na Wifi na horním podlaží, která nefungovala, když se ohřívala voda. Stejně tak na jedinou zásuvku v pokoji (pouze jedna zásuvka) british type

Чудове помешкання для тих хто хоче знаходитися максимально близько до пляжу і при цьому бюджетно відпочити. В номері є все необхідне, також є можливість готувати на загальній кухні, все приладдя для цього також є. Персонал дуже привітний, радо допомогали і йшли назустріч в різних питаннях. Я дійсно почувала себе як на канікулах у рідних. До пляжу 5-7 хвилин пішки, поряд автобусна зупинка, а також досить багато ресторанчиків. В кількох хвилинах ходьби є невеликий торговий центр з супермаркетом в якому є все необхідне. Сама вілла знаходиться в тихому місці, шум зі сторони дороги не турбує абсолютно, але кондиціонери чути.

Деякі меблі вже дуже потребують заміни, загалом вілла потребує ремонту. У ванній кімнаті були мурахи які залазили через вентиляційний отвір, але нічого трагічного в цьому немає, для приватного будинку це абсолютно нормально.

Ottima posizione e soggiorno piacevole

Posizione molto comoda per chi vuole godersi il mare di Jumeirah e il panorama del Burj Al Arab. La camera è spaziosa. Il letto era pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla, non si sente alcun rumore. Il manager è molto cordiale. Il personale delle pulizie è molto gentile. Tutto perfetto, soprattutto per una famiglia.

L’unica cosa è che il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione, ma niente di grave perché è comunque pulito.

расположение виллы отличное - рядом пляж, можно арендовать велосипеды и доехать до Кайт Бич, рядом автобусная остановка: до метро,в район Марина, до автобусной станции ИбнБатута (до Абудаби) можно на автобусе, рядом Арабская Венеция (Мадинат Джумейра). чистая территория, большой просторный номер и санузел внутри. удобные кровати, есть все что нужно. большая кухня , чтоб готовить, три холодильника для продуктов и стиральная машина, гладильная доска и утюг. Бетси(помощница) поддерживает красоту, чистоту и уют. Заселение на пару часов раньше, после долгого перелета весьма кстати.

запах в холодильнике в номере, мы им не пользовались. освещение(не хватало лампы) и вытяжки не хватало в туалете

ALLUCINANTE , SPORCO e L’HOST MALEDUCATA

Assolutamente nulla.

Abbiamo ritardato causa ritardo in aereo, al nostro atterraggio ho subito avvisato dell’orario. Viaggio con due bambine di cui una di due anni, Mancanza di professionalità, la stanza all’arrivo era quella sbagliata , il codice non corretto, non potevamo aprire la casa. la struttura era sporca, la camera in disordine, c’erano crema solare e spazzolino del precedente ospite nella stanza. Le lenzuola erano sporche e mancavano quelle del divano letto per nostra figlia, la struttura del letto era rotta così come la vasca fuori servizio e non comunicato. Formiche nella stanza e Jasmina (la host ) alla Nostra richiesta di lenzuola per il divano letto ce le ha lanciate sulle valigie scocciata EVITATELO!!! Ce ne siamo Andati 6 ore dopo. Inoltre NON VOGLIONO RIMBORSARE E NON RISPONDONO AL CLAIM

Kein eigenes Badezimmer, habe ich bei der Buchung zu spät gesehen. der Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer war nicht einladend. die Küche war eine kleine Katastrophe, obwohl überall Infos waren , nach benutzten sauber machen, habe glaube nur ich meinen Dreck weggemacht. Viele Grüße an die Gäste vielleicht kann man mal darüber nach denken.
