The location was amazing. The house was large and well equipped. A very thought out house.

The hot tub was very murky, smelly and not really good for use. The house was left open which left us confused as we couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone to let us know it was ok to go in. The microwaves were dirty. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Tumble dryer was full, we had no idea how to empty the water from it and it was full of fuzz from someone else.

Location, parking, hot tub, table tennis table and plenty of space in all rooms. Very comfy mattresses as well

Upstairs bathroom toilet has an issue with flushing, and the sink has a block so is very slow to drain

Furniture was very dated and the home cinema and PS5 weren’t plugged in when we arrived and when we did get it plugged in it didn’t fully work as there were speakers with no wires.

The property was very clean as were the bed linen and towels. It was cosy and warm and there was plenty of hot water. We could walk to the supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops and there were lots of dog walks straight from the front door. It was also quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large and spacious.

It could do with a lot of TLC. The outside area is very neglected with lots of weeds, uneven/loose paving slabs and some decking is starting to give way. Half of the hot tub jets do not work, the games room equipment also does not work, there was no instructions on how to work anything apart from the coffee machine or on bin collection or recycling. Both upstairs hand basins were slow to drain as is the downstairs shower. The bedroom with the low double bed needs to have the mattress replaced as it was very uncomfortable. This bedroom also has a leak at one of the windows and hail/rain entered the room. Some of these issues have been raised in previous reviews and in the visitors book in the house and it is disappointing these have not yet been addressed.
