Kihei Bay Surf 140 - Remodeled ground floor Kihei gem across from beach

Apartment had most of what is needed. Location of the property is convenient to move around on the island. Unit had some updates done, but it was some time ago.

When we arrive shower did not drain the water well - the reason was that drain was clogged with hair. Something that cleaning should have done every time there is a change of guests, but they DID NOT. Advertisement says it is remodeled unit, but remodeling must have been quite a few years ago as unit seems to need some maintenance and updates - outlet in the kitchen is not working, shower has some mold in the corners, screen door to the lanai is hardly moving, couch needs cleaning.

Eine sehr tolle und saubere Anlage. Auch mit sehr netten Nachbarn die dort wohnen. Der Check in hat super geklappt und die Wohnung war toll und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche such sehr gut ausgestattet.

Es laufen kleine Ameisen in der Wohnung und in der Küche und der Abfluss in der Küche riecht etwas streng. Aber ansonsten alles top und sehr empfehlenswert

En general todo. La cama especialmente, la cocina, la sala de estar y el baño. Esta muy nuevo todo.

L’interno della struttura è ben curata e ti fa sentire subito a casa. La cucina è moderna e ben accessoriata.
