All the amenities of home in this cozy and complete rental. Conveniently located to so many destinations on the island. A great place to relax or load up the cooler, chairs and umbrella for the beach.

The ad describes it as a new condo near the beach. It was an older unit, somewhat dumpy and dingy. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets and the drawers. Dirty bedding as well. The beach pretty much got annihilated by the storms a month or two ago.
