Location right across from a beach. Condo was clean and although I didn’t cook, appliances looked new. Never had to worry about parking (unassigned but some always open). Could use a couple more ice trays. A/C in living could be updated. It’s very loud! No A/C in bedroom and it could use one. Sunny Vacations is a pleasure to deal with. Instructions are clear.

This spacious property features nice furniture, a well-stocked kitchen where everything works perfectly, and an enjoyable patio next to the pool. They also provide great beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a snorkel set with fins. There are only two minor downsides: the unit backs up to a sandy lot (likely for flood control), so keeping the windows open can let sand drift inside. Also, the beach across the street isn't the best and is a bit tricky to walk to. However, given the excellent price and quality, I would definitely book this place again!
