It has air conditioning window unit in the living room only, a full kitchen, a California king pillow top bed and a queen sofa bed. TVs with high-definition service and Blu-ray players in both the living room and bedroom. Free calls to the US mainland and Canada, free wireless Internet. Full kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, auto-drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. Kihei Bay Vista #C-106 features cherry wood kitchen cabinets, Corian window sills, and a 15,000 BTU air conditioner (living room only). Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kihei Bay Vista is a wonderful property. It is located in Kihei Maui, just steps from the ocean. It has a pool and hot tub, gas grills for your use as well as an outdoor dining area. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kihei. All units are 1 bedroom 1 bath so the property has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere about it. Guests come to this property year after year as they have found it a great home away from home. Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Everything was really nice -we were able to get in on time as per directions.The condo was very clean and orderly and it contained everything needed for a fantastic stay.Upon leaving we cleaned and left the condo the way we found it as we are not the kind of people that feel it is up to someone else to pick up after us.Very nice indeed and we really enjoyed our time in C106--Thank you.. It was a cute little condo just across fromThe beach. I loved the lush plants around the property and walk ways. The pool was nice and clean. The condo its self was clean and set up with extra things like a cooler bag, snorkel masks and chairs for the beach. It worked for my daughter and I.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well-maintained. so peaceful and relaxing.This place was accommodating it had everything and more than we needed.Its a perfect location everything is so close right down the road. Thank you for our little Ohana getaway!
