About this apartment rental
Kihei Bay Vista #A-102 is a ground floor unit that is just across the street from the beach. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. This unit is immaculate with tiled floors, new counter-tops and has high speed internet service. Split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Amenities include teak lanai furniture, beach chairs, beach coolers, and snorkel gear. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV. In the kitchen, there is a crock pot and toaster that will accommodate bagels. The full bathroom includes a shower seat and safety handles for getting in and out of the shower, and an ADA-compliant toilet with a raised seat that is easier on the knees. All of the canvas art in Kihei Bay Vista #A-102 are from photos taken by the owners.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. A temporary library card can be obtained at the Kihei library for a nominal fee, and they have a ton of "beach books." Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and activities, and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Sleeps 4.

The condo was well equipped and had a lot of nice touches like the bidet. The owners did a nice job on the unit. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Kihie. The management company was also very responsive. It is in a good location and the beach is right across the street.

We arrived late at night via taxi and as we pulled up to the area the taxi cab driver said this was not a great area and was scared and proceeded to lock her car doors. I went to find our room only to find sombody else was in it. The man who opened the door freaked me out and i didnt get a good vibe. This was my own fault as i thought our check in was the 23 not the 24 but again not off to a good foot and didnt want to go back to the property after that. Ultimatley we decided to check it out in the daylight and decided to give it another try. We brought all of our bags to the property and began to unpack when we discovered roaches in the apartment. I was not aware that there would be bugs in the unit and my mother who was travelling with us was terrified and couldnt sleep the whole night & only ended up staying 1 night out of the 3. The proerty itself was ok, came with everything we needed except no sugar for the coffee (that we could find) and location was central, pool was also well maintained and check in was easy. Overall we had an okay stay, but the rocky start and roaches were not a great experince for us.
