Die Lage ist sehr gut! Fast direkt am Strand und die Parkplätze fast direkt vor der Wohnung. Das es im 1. Stock ist passt perfekt und der Balkon ist sehr groß mit genügend Platz.
Die Mieter unter uns waren ein paar mal sehr laut. Dafür kann der Vermieter wohl nichts.
