We enjoyed our stay. It was clean peaceful and relaxing. Really enjoyed the hot tub LoL. The only con we had was the lack of toilet paper LoL. We had to purchase some but that wasn't too much of an inconvenience. We still really liked the Condo.

Communication with the host & Sunny Maui Vacations was horrible. I tried calling & texting but the response time was unacceptable. By the time I did get a response, it was too late. Got no information about the flooding in Kihei & was not able to get to the resort. After reaching Kihei, it took over an hour to get the resort. During that time tried getting a hold of the host & Sunny Maui with no response.I was told by the property manager on site that it is Hawaii state law that text messages/email should be sent to the guests 1-2 times a day which I never received.Spoke with the property manager on site the next day and he said he tried getting into contact with the host & Sunny Maui but did not get a response until several hours later.I did get 1 response the next day but the information provided was for the previous day which did not do us any good & was useless. Further more, got no required text info/update for the rest of our stay.

Unit was spacious and good for a family. The noise level was too much as it is near the parking and walk ways so you're easily kept up with noises. The kitchen can be cleaner with us having to wipe down the microwave, counters and fridge before use.
