High Rise Condo with Balcony, Pool, Grand Lobby, and Sky Garden 22F

Feels good to be back in the high rise condo vs the one Ive been in 29 days on the 12th floor. It’s a night and difference in quality, noise reduction on the higher floor vs the lower floor, better build quality, and proper pest and trash room management. I stay here quite a bit ago in this unit and have to say it’s still as nice as I stayed earlier last year, bed is comfortable, the balcony views are stunning and the kitchen comes with everything I need. Bathroom is bigger and condo is as well vs the 12th floor. People are more quieter as well.

No complaints. Been staying at red residencies on and off since last year. The higher the floor the better the experience.

Appartement bien fournie avec coin nuit pour dormir. Balcon avec vue sur la ville et notamment la nuit Immeuble avec salle de sport et piscine Staff réactif et accomodant

Manque plus de serviettes et un aspirateur pour les longs sejours

The condo is clean and has a roomy vibe. The neighbors tend to be quiet on this floor so if you like peace this is the perfect condo to do a long stay in. Has all the appliances. I had to add a foam memory topper for the bed (which i will leave behind when I leave PH) but with it makes this place perfect.

Couch has shown its age and need to be replaced as it's a bit hard. Minus that I have no complaints

Very clean; updated appliances/a.c; beautiful lobby; Netflix, fresh linens.
