Pricing is affordable. The entire unit is very clean, no unpleasant smell, No moulds in the shower room. Didn't see a single creepy crawley - first time to stay in a place without a single insect specially cockroach, air-conditioning functioning very well. Linens are provided.
Only downside are the kitchen drawers as you get in the unit they're broken and detached which is potential safety hazard. No toilet seat.

LOCATION - The location is very accessible to everything that is of immediate necessity. SECURITY - The security guards are very much accommodating and respectful. TRANSPORTATION - can easily found by any of the transportation apps like grab (etc.)
PARKING - Though this is the sad thing about the place, there is no available parking when the guest have a car. (hope the owners of the unit can do something about this.) INTERNET - the unit we reserved does not have wifi.

Staff was helpful, the first room had issue and she helps to find another unit as a replacement.
The first room had issue as the AC is not working, shower hose is leaking. I was expecting the room to be in functioning condition. The second room was okay but the water heater is not working and there’s no other room to change.
