Rest A Shore Waterfront Home, New Private Pool, Walk to Sombrero
Rest-a-Shore is a modern home that is located right on Sombrero Beach Road and a walk or short bike ride along the beautifully paved and lighted road will take you to Sombrero Beach. This hidden gem is not only a beautiful beach it also has volleyball courts, gazebos, a playground, a fishing pier, restroom facilities, and hundreds of yards of white sand beaches. This home is located on the Ocean side of Marathon and a short 2–3-minute ride to open water. A modern open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, enjoying amazing water views and taking in the local wildlife such as Osprey, Pelicans, Herons, Tarpon, Snook, Stingrays and Manatees. (Note: Minimum weekly rental. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor of the home and involve stairs). Home is pet-friendly (max 1 pet) and there is a $350 pet fee.
Recent upgrades include Brand Saltwater Pool with Sun Shelf and Jacuzzi w/ 850 Sq ft of new Travertine. Pool is heated and chilled. This vacation home has a total of 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Full Bathroom with Spa Tub, His and Her Sinks, and PGT Sliding Glass Doors lead out to the balcony overlooking the pool. The guest room has a Queen Bed and Smart TV. The second bathroom is located just down the hall from both the Master and Guest Bedrooms as well as the rest of the house. The house sleeps 4, maximum of 6 guests. An extra guest fee of $25 per day per additional guest applies to parties over 4. There are air mattresses available. Gourmet Kitchen with Quartz Countertops and Dining Area. Huge 77 inch flat screen TV in living area. TV includes Cable with Sports Package and Surround Sound. Just inside the front door, behind a pair of french closet doors is a High-Efficiency Washer and Dryer. Outdoor Amenities include New Outdoor Pool Table, Bar, Outdoor Dining Seating, Outdoor Fire pit, Bull BBQ Island w/ Seating, New Outdoor Furniture, Brand New Screened in Area with Outdoor Smart TV and Seating, Bait Freezer and Outdoor Ice maker. Dock is 42 ft long and includes water and power. No more than a 32 foot boat is recommended.
