***2nd Level - Main Living Area

Enjoy the heart of the home on the beautifully designed second level, featuring modern coastal interiors and open concept gathering areas ideal for families and groups. Cook your meals in the fully stocked, newly renovated kitchen with island seating for 6, stainless steel appliances a Keurig coffee maker. Gather friends and family in the cozy living room with views overlooking the canal, comfortable seating smart TV, along with an open concept dining area and balcony access. Enjoy the water views from the balcony, outdoor dining table relaxing lounge seating. Bedrooms 1-3 are located on this level.

***Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

***Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

***If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

***This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.

***Pool heating and chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
