I went back and forth on giving a 4-star or 5-star review and ended up settling on a 4-star review. Susan was great with assisting us prior to our trip and Dale was an absolute pleasure helping us during our trip. The home was very clean, spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. We had four adults and two teenagers staying in one home and we were not cramped or uncomfortable in any way. The AC was super cold. The pool was smaller than we expected by seeing it pictures but ended up being perfect and refreshing at the end of our days. They had everything we needed there to cook, BBQ, etc., and we only had to buy food and drinks. The grounds around the home were very clean. There were only two cons, one being that it was termite swarming season and even though we kept the doors and windows closed they did get in the house. Since the house is only cleaned prior to arrival, there were many dead and a few live termites in the home by the end of our trip, including on the stovetop. Obviously, they can't control mother nature and I'm not sure anything could have been done about this, maybe a mid-week clean for guests staying longer? Also, part of the reason we booked this location was they had a boat dock on the website photos that was ideal to dock our boat and allow my 15-year-old son to fish off of while still being near us. Unfortunately, this dock was under construction the entire time we were there and could not be used. Dale was still able to find a spot for our boat, but the dock was not usable for fishing and there were workers in the common space during the day which made it hard to use the paddle boards or kayaks. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely not hesitate to book again with them in the future. Thank you Dale and Susan, for your hospitality!
