Step into an open-concept living area on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by a cozy Living Room with a reclining ...sofa and flat-screen TV – perfect for movie nights. The chef-inspired kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need, complemented by a breakfast bar for 3 and a dining area for 6. Craving a touch of the outdoors? Head out to the back balcony for al fresco dining at the 6-person table, or simply unwind and enjoy the refreshing Key’s breeze.
The luxurious Master Bedroom is a true haven, offering a king-sized memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en suite with a soaking tub and separate shower. Four additional bedrooms, each with queen-sized memory foam mattresses and private bathrooms, offer ultimate comfort and privacy for all guests.
Outside, the fun never stops. Lounge by the heated pool (optional for an additional fee), enjoy the Bbq and full kitchen area, or challenge your group to a game of pool, darts, or corn hole. For extra privacy, the 5th bedroom is conveniently located next to the pool with two queen-sized beds, a private bath, and direct access to the pool area.
With just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and space to park two 20’ boats on trailers, Blue Paradise is the ultimate family gem. Need a little more relaxation? The pool is heated upon request for an additional $300/week—just let us know two weeks before your arrival.

Blue paradise was a fantastic house that was spacious with rooms for all of our adult party. The pool was phenomenal. The location walking distance to the beach was just what we wanted. The host/manager responded to all of our needs and wants as fast as she could! The beds and bathrooms were all comfortable, spacious and clean. We would absolutely recommend this house for anybody. Looking for a fun family vacation in the Florida Keys or just a great vacation with friends!

This is a great home and we enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that the bedroom with two beds is downstairs in the courtyard and is accessible by outside stairs. The room and attached bath are very nice. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The sofas have 4 recliners built in! Good for relaxing after a day of touring.Marathon is perfect for doing things throughout the Keys. There are a lot of activities in Marathon and and hour either North or South. The Turtle Hospital is a must visit if you have kids & teens.

We had dried food on one of the comforters, when I told the manager, she said that was not a comforter, that was a throw blanket. A lot of the other sheets and pillowcases were either stained or dirty, pretty gross. Our sheets were clean, but they were worn and bald up. We had to turn them inside out to sleep in them. The sign at the pool said quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM and when we were reading the book, it said between 8 PM and 8 AM so they need to get that together and let people know ahead of time because our grandkids wanted to stay in the pool longer but we couldn’t let them“to keep from neighbors calling the police “ The price for heating the pool was very high. Didn’t know that until after we booked it but we own a house in SEBRING and it’s quite a bit colder there and the pool is about twice the size of this pool. Theheater costs me around &100 to 150 per month Depending on how cold it isso this was kind of ridiculous just not a great experience, but we made the best of it
