Exceptional team and the villa, every day we got breakfast to our room and they provided the best possible experience for us. Also the team is very fast, when we ordered room service in 20 min it was delivered. Just awesome.
Great room with pool and comfy beds. 10/10 would recommend.
The food is also really good.
Keep in mind that this is in the midle of nature and you will hear a lot of animal sounds in the evening.

Calm surroundings and waterfall in walking distance
The restaurant terrasse is kind of away from the kitchen.
Extremely long waiting times for breakfast and dinner; overly friendly but not efficient staff. Sometimes even no reaction after ringing the bell.
No chair for children.
The receptionists seem being the restaurant/kitchen staff at the same time.
We asked for a room change on arrival and were told to be able to do so on the 2nd day, which had no follow-up
Restaurant: 1st day forgot the water
2nd day forgot the beer and a stone was in the peanuts!!
We got a gift from the hotel staff and were repeatedly asked in person and via whatsapp to leave an excellent review (9 or 10). This practice come close to bribery and invasion of privacy.
