Wow! We loved our stay here. Tranquil and stunning pool villa located amongst the stunning rice fields of Sebatu. Beautiful new pool for general us. Delicious breakfast with many options served in our villa. Good on site restaurant. Lots of other eating and coffee options in walking distance. Temple and waterfall nearby; walk or rent a scooter. Attention and communication from the super polite staff was above and beyond

This is a wonderful place. Although the prices are a bit high for Bali, it is truly worth the cost. The staff are excellent and make you feel special; they resolve any issues immediately. Cleanliness is impeccable. They also assist you if you wish to rent a scooter. There is an on-site restaurant, and the food is delicious.

Since the weather was a bit cool during our visit (in July), the pool water was cold, and we felt a bit chilly. I would also suggest they pay a little more attention to pool privacy.

Calm surroundings and waterfall in walking distance

The restaurant terrasse is kind of away from the kitchen. Extremely long waiting times for breakfast and dinner; overly friendly but not efficient staff. Sometimes even no reaction after ringing the bell. No chair for children. The receptionists seem being the restaurant/kitchen staff at the same time. We asked for a room change on arrival and were told to be able to do so on the 2nd day, which had no follow-up Restaurant: 1st day forgot the water 2nd day forgot the beer and a stone was in the peanuts!! We got a gift from the hotel staff and were repeatedly asked in person and via whatsapp to leave an excellent review (9 or 10). This practice come close to bribery and invasion of privacy.
