Compact comfortable top floor apartment. 5 mins walk from metro and a great location.

The apartment is cozy and clean and the location is very handy for the Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon station and there are plenty of shops and bars nearby. Public transport stops are also nearby, so it is easy to get around. The host was very responsive and sent clear instructions.
The studio is at the fifth floor and requires going up 5 stairs, as there is no lift available. There's a lose floor tile in the kitchen that sticks up and is easy to trip on or stub your toe against (which happened to me). This was reported by a previous guest, but has not been resolved yet.

I did not manage to connect to the wifi. I advise the host to explicitely mention the box name and the password in the check in instructions.

This is a perfect slice of la vie bohème living in Paris amongst the roof tops. Live out you Amelie/Emily in Paris, Moulin rouge or struggling artist in a garret fantasies! The studio is thoughtfully laid out, very comfortable, very clean and has all your basic amenities. It’s five floors up with no lift. Challenging with a big suitcase! But worth it.
