La proximité avec la gare du Nord.
C’est circonstanciel mais la clim ne marche pas bien et est bruyante. J’ai pu dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille et parce que je supporte bien la chaleur.

Zentrale Lage, fussläufig zum Gare du Nord und Gare d‘ Est 5min. Sehr gut an Nahverkehr angebunden. Sacre Coer fussläufig und auch Supermarkt (3min) und Sportmöglichkeiten (Calisthenicpark 15min zu Fuß)
Wir haben die Unterkunft für 3 Personen gebucht, das wäre für uns nicht gegangen, da 9m2 einfach zu klein ist. Selbst für 2 Personen ist das grenzwertig. Die Unterkunft war leider extrem warm, trotz Klimaanlage (die sehr laut war und nicht laufen konnte, wenn man da war) und Ventilatoren kaum auszuhalten bei über 25 Grad in Paris. Für für uns gewohnten Standard war die Unterkunft zwar extrem kreativ und und auf kleinsten Raum viel untergebracht, aber wir mussten uns sehr einschränken. Ich verstehe aber die angespannte Wohnsituation in Paris. Das muss man einfach beachten,
