The apartment is in a really good location. Joel was an excellent host, keeping us informed and responding very quickly to enquiries. He even stocked the pantry with essentials. Would definitely stay there again.
There wasn't anything major not to like about the experience. Joel sends a link to the property's guidebook just before the check-in - for security reasons. There are a lot of good instructions many of which do not have a security implication. Maybe this could be sent in two batches to allow more time for the tenants to prepare themselves ahead of the stay. Again, very minor.
