Amazing place to stay in the heart of the rocks

Location was fantastic, very central for us. Easy to get to the trains and ferries. Walking distance for cafes and dining

For the amount of money you pay to stay there you would think they could provide a little coffee and long life milk. Friends stayed in apartment below they at least had long life milk and one coffee sachet

Location was terrific! The house was very comfortable with good amenities, including kitchen that was well set up for an extended stay if you are in Sydney for the week. It’s great if you are able to navigate the stairs with ease, being an historic terrace house. Also the outside of property has some stairs as it is situated on the hillside of The Rocks. Close to Wilson’s parking around the corner. Close to all the tourist sites with hotels and cafes within easy walking distance. So easy to walk everywhere, including up town and able to catch light rail at Circular Quay.

If you have mobility issues this is not for you. The patrons from the hotel across the road were very loud on the Friday night, but after closing it all was very quiet. Only the two front bedrooms are affected by this for a short time. Our son and daughter in law did not mind it as it felt like white noise. Saturday night it was very quiet. Suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Pillows need to be plumper. Bathrooms very small but manageable as they are right near the bedrooms. Very minor issue of recommending face washers with towels for the soap wash toiletry items.

The location is amazing, you couldn’t be in a better position. Close to the harbour, transport and a lot of places to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the property had an older charm to it.

We expected the property to be older, but everything was clean and we would definitely stay here again

Location and attractions around, ease of access (there are lifts nearby so don't need to use steps to get to streets below), very comfortable beds with heaters in each room (we stayed in winter).

Some accessories provided were too old (e.g. rusty rubbish bin in bathroom), damp smell in kitchen cupboards. Some neighbors upstairs were noisy and gate next door was very noisy scraping the bottom of the terrace.
