Location was excellent. Flat was more than adequate for our base to explore London as a family.
Decor was a little tired and a few repairs needed doing but this didn't really effect our stay. Picking up the keys was stressful as the reception claimed to have no knowledge of the booking, I had to message the host to resend an email to them. I'm not sure whether this was the fault of the host or the building management. Once they received the email, the management were very helpful.

The mattress are extremely old and I did not slept on the bed I slept on the sofa I don’t think so someone can sleep in that mattress
