Location was excellent & we enjoyed our stay.
The large brown lounge was totally uncomfortable & impractical . The "showers" were dreadful because water inundated the bathrooms. And, there were a number of water leakages (which were repaired promptly after we contacted the owner). Outside entry appearance, re weeds, could be easily improved.

Excellent location.
It wasn’t very clean. The tub in one of the en-suite bathrooms was very difficult to use. We only used the shower in the other en suite. The tiles in the shower area in this bathroom had mould on them. Also we had no hot water for 24 hours.

Location is great, of course. Beds are comfortable, and it is quiet. I also like separate bathrooms for each bedroom. It is well equipped and also hosts are available 24/7 so if you have any question they can answer.
Small things that didn't affect our staying there, like smart TV was not connected to the internet and when you flush the toilet it is noisy.
