The place is so nice, cozy and clean. The location is perfect and 2 minutes from the Harrods. Ms. Alina is so kind, nice and very helpful. Will definitely come back every time we come to London.

The room itself was large and airy. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were good as there was a small kitchenette with everything one needed. Tea and coffee facilities supplied with coffee available. The bathroom was a good size. The location was perfect centre of Knightsbridge with great restaurants. At first there was no internet but then the staff worked quickly for us to then have internet which was fast and worked well. The staff member was extremely polite, caring and did everything to accommodate us. So thank you so much to her.
There is no working lift. So if you have any kind of disability or lung issues climbing the narrow stairs may be an issue. The bathroom needs hooks or somewhere to hang towels.

The property looks new, clean and spacious. Toilet light wasnt working but they fix it. Took a day but the lady was so nice. Other than that, we like the place, location superb.
The stairs and lift. That is a let down
