Very central location, under 10 mins walk to Knightsbridge or South Kensington underground stations and the location felt very safe. The apartment was large and the beds very comfortable. Very quiet street for being so close to the busy shopping district. Easy walk to Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum, we would definitely book here again.
We had a little issue with the hot water, which was quickly sorted out by the apartment manager.

The location was very good
We stayed there for 3 night 6 of us. Two of them were in there 80s unfortunately we cancelled a few things going out, the lift was not working only got told the day we arrived and the walk up the stairs was very difficult. Also there was no hot water throughout the flat. We all cleaned in cold water. Very disappointed ! Both bathrooms had wall strip lights that didn’t turn off no switch for them. We tried but no success. I was in charge and organised the trip which left me upset with no hot water and lift not working.
