المكان رائع جدًا، وقريب من الهارودز ، والأسرة مريحة للغاية، وجميع الأدوات في المطبخ متوفرة ونظيفة، ولها شرفة جميلة. وكذلك التكييف ممتاز.

الشقة في الدور الرابع وللأسف عند وصولنا كان المصعد معطل مما شكل علينا الكثير من العناء في حمل حقائبنا، كذالك عند خروجنا لأكثر من مرة كان الأمر مرهق للغاية.

The saving grace of the property, given the extreme temperature, was the amazing bedroom air conditioning units, though only two of the three bedrooms had one. The third bedroom was therefore far too hot to sleep in. Three different beds 1x soft, 1x medium, 1x firm - so something for everyone. Good having a small balcony.

The key lock was tricky to use as there is no light around. Plus the number you’d just found had a tendency to spin around as you found the next one. Neither bathroom toilets flushed. Neither bathroom sinks had any running cold water. No hand towels in the bathrooms - or with the bath towels on the beds. No tea or coffee in the kitchen, not even one sachet per guest. The word ‘Luxury’ in the property description is not appropriate. It is pleasant but not luxurious. Not near a tube, though great if you want to shop in Knightsbridge or go to Natural History Museum.
