The location is perfect, only 2 minutes walk from the old city center of Chiang Mai.
The bed is large and very confortable.
Both the bedroom and bathroom are very clean.
We higly appreciated our stay at Haiya Guesthouse.

The room is just as shown in the photos and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the center and many places to eat. It’s also very easy to get around to other points of interest.
The only minor downside was that the bathroom is located outside the room. Even though it’s private and not shared with anyone, there are other people living on the upper floors who might see you as you walk to the bathroom. It’s a small thing, but worth mentioning.

The room was for my parents. I loved the facilities and the coziness of the room. I will always remember the memories we had in Chiang Mai thanks to the room.
Could add some more cooking facilities to make it easier to cook.
