Grandma’s House

I loved the rustic nature of the property. VERY COOL. I embraced the lack of common modern amenities, such as A/C or in room bathrooms, in lieu of the rich cultural experience. The proximity to the old city was great. Just steps away. The floor stand fans were a great "modern" convenience!!

I'm not sure. But it was a little challenging to communicate with the host early on, causing me a little apprehension about my choice initially. This may seem petty, but I didn't even know there were overhead lights at first anywhere. The switches were not in commonly placed areas, such as by the door, and they were camouflaged being dark against dark wood. I would have liked a couple more nails to hang my belongings. But made do.

Very cool place would highly recommend very helpful host and very accomadating :)

Should A/c in Bedroom, In Thailand climate very necessary.
