If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Clean excellent location. Never been in a place this well stocked (towels, soap, toilet tissue, kitchen) as this place. Furniture could be updated and there is no privacy in the rooms as the closets are connected. For the price you can beat it.

Perks to the property include the beach view, well stocked kitchen, in sight beach supplies. we enjoyed the convenience of these amenities. The condo was clean, which is always an important detail when rating our rentals.
Downfalls: noisy area of town. Someone’s dog literally barked until after 1 AM when we finally fell asleep. Not necessarily the owner fault, but a downfall of allowing pets. The rooms are connected through and closet and you can hear everything that goes on from one room to the next so there is zero privacy. The boardwalk has a lot of construction going on with it and around it right now. You have to kind of climb up on it. There are no steps.
All in all it was OK for a short stay, but not somewhere that I would likely rent again.
