Pets are not allowed by guests and is strictly enforced. Any penalties due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the guests along with a $500 fine.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.

The property satisfied our expected lodging experience. The views and beach access were spot on. One thing we really think requires attention is the presence of musty air inside. We both suffer from asthma and had a bit of trouble during our stay due to the musty conditions. Also, which is out of anyone's control...it rained the entire week... :(
