Sand dunes prevented a good view

The location was great of course because it was ocean front. The condo style was typical "old Florida" with some bamboo furnishings and pillows with palm trees which I personally like. The kitchen supplies were excellent, e.g. saran wrap. The beds were comfortable. It would be helpful for the listing to include the fact there is an elevator and chairs and water toys in the lower garage area. In addition, it would be helpful to know that there is a hose outside near the dumpster that you could wash sand off with. You pay for the great ocean view.

I didn't like the fact the coffee pot was only a 4 cup model. There were some issues with the lightning/lamps like no light bulbs or broken light bulbs and the louvered slider over the glass balcony doors was broken. I brought this to the attention of the management team. Considering it sleeps 4, stocking more than 4 rolls of toilet paper would be nice. The scattered rugs also needed a washing. A small table on the balcony and a new beach chair would add to the unit's appeal.
