This property consists of one spacious double bedroom kept neat and tidy with modern décor and wooden floor.
The layout is set up for 3 people with one double bed , one sofa bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. Bedlinens are provided
The bathroom has been newly re-done with a beautiful walk in shower, marble tiles all around to create a luxury feel. Shower gel and shampoo are also provided
The kitchen comes with a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer dryer. There is also multiple kitchen appliances, kettle, toaster and microwave. Cooking essentials are provided.

IT IS NOT A PARTY FLAT. There are other guests below you, and it's a residential block . Please be fully aware that there must be no noise audible outside the property after 10pm. If there is, you may lose your deposit and we may have to evict you. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A PARTY, THIS IS NOT THE PROPERTY FOR YOU. Having a fun time with your friends is of course actively encouraged!
