Beautiful flat, well stocked and great location for the Pier and town

Unfortunately the flat is over a cafe that plays music from 08.30 and all day. We did find it intrusive but as we only stayed 1 night it was bearable. Luckily it was my kind of music but was loud in the lounge and main bedroom.

Super flat, very clean and great for the seafront. Good facilities.

Bit noisy but to be expected given location and it stopped at about 11pm.

Everything! What an awsome pad. Pity we only had one night. Both rooms were lovely, the front bedroom has the most amazing moonscape projector 😃 (nice touch). The decor throughout is perfect, classy and interesting with the odd board game for use. The kitchen had everything you'd need (thanks for the milk). Good location, just far enough from the crowds but with nice dining options close by and a view of the sea from the front door (side view from front bedroom). Easily walkable to the centre of Brighton for able bodies. The host and his team were most accommodating with local parking too, bookable through them which saves a lot of hassle. Key collection and return is easy and we had great communication on all aspects. We shall return!

Nothing not to like, but if I had one comment as a heads up to the host, the main bed is beautiful and comfy but maybe a bit more support down the middle is needed, as you both roll to the middle - obviously it was perfect for us 😉

I asked the host to text the entry details to my husband as I was away working. They agreed but then didn't send anything through. My husband was with my two small children and couldn't get into the apartment. When I met him later that evening, we couldn't get into the flat either. The door key lock is located on a different door to the flat which we didn't realise and couldn't get in for another 2 hours. I called and texted the host around 10 times but nobody picked up or responded to any of my messages. We finally realised the key box was located at a different door. Wifi reception was limited where the flat was situated and we couldn't download/see the instructions properly. We finally got into the property around 9pm at night. It would have been helpful if the host could have picked up the phone or responded to our text so that we didn't have to spend two hours trying to get into the flat. I've not heard anything since not even an apology. Very poor.
