Kemp Town Sea View Balcony Apartment

It was very clean, had all the facilities we needed. Walking distance to the sea side. The contact person was very helpful.

It's on the 1st floor and the only way to access was a narrow stair case, taking the luggages to the flat was very challenging or better say impossible. Overnight parking is available but 10 minutes walk away.

The size of bedrooms, the living area and kitchen and closeness to amenities

How close it is to a bus stop so slightly noisy given the buses that frequent it.

Spacious, clean, lovely and bright, really well-equipped (including a nice coffee machine) and well-located with a nearby co-op and nice places to eat.

Lovely apartment. Clean and stylishly decorated. Such a nice change after staying in an absolute nightmare a few weeks ago. 5 minutes walk into town.

Parking is a nightmare. If you can find a space in the nearby streets you have to pay for it so adds to the cost. You also have to move every few hrs and find a new place. But if you’re coming by train there’s a plenty of buses available on the main road outside. The dryer didn’t work and there was no clothes airer but we managed. The rear bedroom does need a curtain in addition to the blind to keep the light out. Bring eye masks for the rear bedroom and ear plugs for the front bedroom (it’s on the main road).
