Kemp Town Sea View Balcony Apartment

Spacious, clean, lovely and bright, really well-equipped (including a nice coffee machine) and well-located with a nearby co-op and nice places to eat.

Lovely apartment. Clean and stylishly decorated. Such a nice change after staying in an absolute nightmare a few weeks ago. 5 minutes walk into town.

Parking is a nightmare. If you can find a space in the nearby streets you have to pay for it so adds to the cost. You also have to move every few hrs and find a new place. But if you’re coming by train there’s a plenty of buses available on the main road outside. The dryer didn’t work and there was no clothes airer but we managed. The rear bedroom does need a curtain in addition to the blind to keep the light out. Bring eye masks for the rear bedroom and ear plugs for the front bedroom (it’s on the main road).

Very comfortable flat with a great balcony. The location of the apartment was perfect and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes! The flat is very well equipped and maintained. The internet connection was very reliable during our stay (which is nice because the mobile network was not the best in Brighton in general) Everything went smoothly and we had everything we needed to enjoy a pleasant stay

Nothing much to improve in this flat, to be honest! Maybe a fan would be convenient for the warm days.

Exceptional cleanliness. Calm, uncluttered and airy feeling to the property. Hosts have obviously put in so much thought and effort to creating a comfortable and beautifully decorated space with coordinated artwork. Balcony with double doors , outside seating and sea views. Heating and hot water available at all time hassle free. Ease of walking to nearby seafront, independent shops and beautiful public park areas. Perfect directions to the property and parking.
