Elegant 4BR Seaside Stay - fast Wi-Fi - Kemptown

Close to the beach and shops, great location. Comfortable beds

No broom/dustpan & brush or Hoover. Only 1 sofa

We had a fantastic stay! We were visiting for Fatboy Slim on the beach, and the location was absolutely perfect, with the festival entrance essentially at the bottom of the road. It made getting to and from the event incredibly easy, while also being just a short walk from the seafront, local cafés, and everything else Brighton has to offer. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The fans provided in the rooms were a fantastic addition, especially given the heat during our visit, and made the rooms feel much more comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless, from check-in to answering any questions we had. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Brighton.

One very small piece of feedback would be that the outside of the windows could have benefited from a clean, as there were a few marks visible. However, this was only a minor detail and didn’t impact what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The property was comfortable, well located, and we had everything we needed for a really enjoyable visit.
