Kemptown Corner with Free Parking

It was very clean and comfortable.

The cheap curtains meant that we were awake at 6am due to the light pouring in. We had arranged an earlier check-in having driven from York but when we arrived, we were told we could get in at 4, not 3. We had to message to push back and we sat in the sun on the drive until someone came to check the house before we were sent the key code to enable us to enter the property at 3pm, as previously arranged. So, ultimately, we were allowed in one hour earlier, but it was still frustrating at the time.

Appartement propre , calme et spacieux. Parking privé appréciable, même avant l'heure de récupération des clés.

Pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la salle de bain. La Terrasse et le jardin restent à aménager mais ce fut tout de même très appréciable et agréable.

Location was good pitty the nearest pub (the bell ) wasn’t open .

Very nice space, room enough for two parking spaces, beds comfortable, an easy walk to nearby pubs, cafes, about 20-30 minute walk to Brighton pier

Only one loo, fine for two but a bit crammed for 4
