Great location. Great spacious apartment.

The bedroom (single bed & Futon room) ceiling lights did not work. The blinds were difficult to use given the strings need repairing. One of the mugs had large chip so couldn't use as unhygienic. However, none of the above detracted from us having an enjoyable stay. Not even the early wake up call from the seagulls!

The place looked nice on the photos. It was in a good location. Showers had good flow. We had a good time but mainly because we weren't in the flat too often.

The bed mattresses were extremely soft and uncomfortable, three of us stayed in separate bedrooms and we all had back or neck ache every morning. Only one small fan for the living room in exceptionally hot weather. Limited comfortable seating in the kitchen/living room, only one two seater sofa, not large enough for 3 people, let alone if all of the bedrooms were fully occupied. Utensils lacking in kitchen. Flat is essentially a maisonette on the top two floors of a converted 5 storey house. It doesn't have an accessible garden for dogs at all, there is a locked garden in the square in front of the flats, but dogs aren't allowed in it. The entrance hallway to the property from the road is under construction and messy. There are 2 flights of steep stairs to the flat and then once in the flat there is an extremely tight set of stairs to the upper floor. The TV in the living room didn't work. The dimmer switches in the living room and bedrooms upstairs were either bright or really bright. The light switch plates got extremely hot when the lights were on which wasn't very often as they were too bright. Only one small table light in the living room which had to be used as a bedside lamp upstairs due to the brightness of the supposed dimmer lights. All of the blinds in the flat were broken and in disrepair. There was no clothes airer. The toilet under the stairs was unfinished and couldn't be used as there was no light in it as well as being full of a baby pen and highchair.

Diddnt like the stairs up to the flat .But that cant be helped as its the top floor . Outside of property very tired rundown . Paint work in flat tired needs tLc . In need of instuctions in flat as the heating was on and had to fugure out hiw to turn off .tv in bedrooms diddnt work . Flat location exellent as in middle of everthing

Good location. Easy communication and entry to property. Great potential

Honestly wasn’t very clean. The kettle needs descaling. The oven was all greasy inside. The skirting boards, walls and window frames have dirt marks on them, all the blinds were broken and unable to open fully. The downstairs toilet is only plastered, no paint or lights fitted. There were dirty water marks all over my tiles in the bathroom. The bed sheet didn’t fit the bed.
