Great communication from host,, bed was comfortable and the property was quite clean. Location was within walking distance of the centre and we managed to find parking easily. Quite spacious and would work well for bigger groups of young people.
Garden was unusable due to thick mud by entrance - could have done with stepping stones or paving slabs. Some minor repairs / improvements were needed - bathroom door very stiff and noisy to close & blind in the smaller bedroom did not close. Stairs were quite steep and dangerous and the railing at the top had a big gap underneath so would not be particularly safe for young children or toddlers. No tea or coffee in cupboard made me question value for money!
