Olive Tree Brighton-Bright & Spacious 4 bedroom home with Garden & Free parking

The place is very spacious and lots of light it’s nice all on one level esp for older people and even dogs. Nice to have a table to sit at for everyone. Washing machine with soap also came in handy which I loved. Beds were generally comfortable two rooms the beds are very low but the other rooms beds are higher so can choose your preference. Great to have a large driveway to which fits 3 cars. The local area is very quiet with a small shop nearby and easy to get into Brighton with the local bus. Just be warned though if walking in the area and have older people it is quite hilly. There is a lovely park nearby. The garden was a nice space although the chairs needed a bit of a wipe down as were covered in fallen pollen n debris. The hosts are great and easily contacted

I was disappointed with the dog fee for one small dogs and only 2 nights the fee is £55 pounds this is a lot more than most other places which tend to charger from 0 -35 pound’s this needs to be paid beforehand and what is disappointing after paying this fee in the home you are not provided with any dog bed or dog bowls or even a few dogs treats which most other places do when paying a dog fee.. so I was upset at paying way over the average amount and then not being provided any of these things. Also a couple of area needed filling up ie we only had one dishwasher tablet the salt n pepper mills were empty. Also oven glove we didn’t use as was dirty had sticky ketchup on it. And garden was lovely but seating area although not set up needed a good sweep. I choose to sit on the decking instead.

The place was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Everything was on one floor, which was ideal for my father with reduced mobility. It was also just a short drive to the city, so it was easy to explore while enjoying a peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

A lovely property, perfect location we all enjoyed our stay.

Only thing I could say for other people would be maybe fans in the bedrooms for a heatwave as it was boiling. But nothing bad to say were very happy
