We booked this flat for a 2 day/2 night, trip to Brighton, as a group of three friends. The flat was absolutely gorgeous. The host has gone to so much effort with the aesthetics, it is absolutely beautiful. And so many thoughtful touches, milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom, games under the TV. Both the sofa bed and double bed were comfortable, flat was clean, and size was great for 3/4 girls. The host also messaged prior to our arrival to explain about fans due to the heat. Was a brilliant stay.
We parked in Regency Square Car Park, so about 10mins walk with cases, and expensive parking, but as long as you allow for this, it is ok.
There are also stairs up the flat, to be aware of if you have mobility problems.
But if you are aware of these things, no issues.

Lovely apartment. Spotless clean and comfortable beds. Great location near to both the bustling and quiet aeas of Brighton and hove. Great sea view, not merely a 'glimpse'.
The noise from the street is considerable and the windows can't help it. If you're sensitive to noise, particularly at the evening, then perhaps a different location will be more suitable. If you're ok with street noise - the place is perfect!

We have never stayed in a property so beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with complimentary supplies to cater for every aspect of a guest’s needs
Sound proofing is not great - it’s easy to hear upstairs neighbour’s footsteps, music and noise on the street at night.
The shower is slightly clogged and the water pressure can be a bit stronger

Lovely property in very convenient location. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable and plenty of space for 4 people. Nicely decorated flat with small touches which were very welcoming. Would recommend.
The apartment is located on the High Street and we heard noise until 3am from bars/clubs. However, it was a Friday night and Pride weekend, so to be expected.
