Waterloo Apartment - by Brighton Holiday Lets

I love the property. It was lovely and clean when we walked through the door and the style and the layout was beautiful. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay.

Perfect location everything you need for a break or a holiday

The quiet street of this quaint property is in a fantastic location between the beach promenade and the street with buses and shops. The appliances including washing machine and teapot, were so practical. The tasteful decor and eclectic book and game collection and comfortable seating area made the flat a cozy place to chill out after busy days. The hosts were responsive to requests.

I found one of beds and the pillows a bit uncomfortable.

This was an adorable apartment. Very well designed with almost everything we needed. It included two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room each in a separate space. It was close by to the high street with many shops and restaurants, two steps from the beach.

The key delivery method could be improved. Fiddling with a locked box, at floor level in the rain, was not a fun experience after arriving. We only got one set of keys for three adults. We had a problem with the water heater on the first night which also affected the heating, but the service company dealt with it by the next day and reimbursed us half off for that night. It would be nice if they could add some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. And better lighting in the rooms.

The apartment is very central, not fare from Brighton city centre and the Lanes.

There was no vacuum cleaner and no broom in the apartment. We stayed one week. There is a basement smell in the apartment and carpet in bedroom + some basket that also smells.
