Location and price
A lot of wear and tear. You can tell when the apartment was first renovated it had quality fixtures and fittings added but it’s at the point where it needs some repairs/work done to get it back upto standard. Carpets are also heavily stained and need replacing.

Fab location. Good communication. Nice flat with plenty of space.
Some of the cleaning had been missed. Property had some damage (windows) and older worn sofa. Otherwise good.

Good location, secure, good living and dining area comfy mattresses. Plenty of facilities.
Apartment was a bit gloomy and dark, no view, flat located at back of building looking onto loads of scaffolding. Had a fusty smell and broken window in bedroom. Whole place needs a deep clean and freshening up. No microwave.
