Step into this beautiful Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, just 3 minutes from Brighton seafront. Sleeping up to nine guests, this bright four-bedroom home blends original period features with comfortable modern living.
With a private yard, balcony and rooftop terrace, there’s plenty of space to relax. Set in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of shops, cafés and Brighton city centre, it’s a great base for families and groups exploring the coast.
The space
Stay in this elegant Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, just a 3-minute walk from Brighton’s iconic seafront. Set in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, this spacious and characterful home is a great choice for families and groups wanting to be close to the beach, while still within easy reach of everything Brighton has to offer.
The house combines original Georgian features with modern comforts, including beautiful round bay windows, high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light. Arranged across several floors, the property comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, with sleeping arrangements suitable for up to 6 adults and 3 children or toddlers.
There are four bedrooms. The first has a comfortable king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. The fourth bedroom has two small single beds designed for children only. These are 80cm x 200cm and are not standard adult-sized single beds; one is smaller and is more comparable in size to a toddler or cot bed. There is also a fixed cot/toddler bed, supplied with a bottom sheet only. All bedrooms have plenty of storage, including wardrobes, shelving and hanging space.
One of the highlights of the house is its selection of outdoor spaces. Enjoy your morning coffee on the first-floor balcony, relax in the private sunny courtyard or head up to the bright rooftop terrace after a day exploring Brighton.
Inside, the home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a modern kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The spacious living area has a TV with streaming via Chromecast/Roku, while high-speed 150 Mbps WiFi and a dedicated workspace make the house suitable for working remotely. There is one bathroom and an additional separate toilet, as well as an iron and ironing board, vacuum and essential cleaning equipment.
The house is pet-friendly, with one pet welcome per stay, making it a great option for families who don't want to leave their four-legged friend behind.
Please note that the house has two original fireplaces which are not available for guest use, but add to the property's character and historic charm.
There is no private parking at the property. Paid street parking is available nearby, including electric vehicle charging, and there is also a secure car park approximately a 5-minute walk away.
With the seafront just minutes away, beautiful original features, multiple outdoor spaces and plenty of room for the whole family, this Georgian townhouse is a comfortable and memorable base for your Brighton stay.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please do not check in early or check out late without prior permission, as this can disrupt our cleaner’s schedule and may result in a £30 charge.
A travel cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The travel cot costs £15 and the high chair costs £10. Please pay for these at the time of booking, with payment received at least 24 hours before check-in. The travel cot includes a thick, breathable, anti-allergenic mattress suitable for Red Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm), although guests should bring their own cot bedding as linen is not provided. If you use the high chair, please return it clean at the end of your stay.
RUBBISH AND RECYCLING:
Communal rubbish and recycling bins are on street and emptied daily. Rubbish should be put directly into these.
PASS THE KEYS PROVIDE:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as hotel style mini eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack; including toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Convenience Store only couple of minutes walk away

- We welcome a maximum of 1 pet per stay.
- There is a £20 charge per pet.
- Please ensure pets are supervised and do not cause damage to the property.
We welcome well-behaved dogs at our property and want all our guests—both human and canine—to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment, please follow the guidelines below:
Supervision & Control
Dogs must be supervised and under control at all times. Whether on a leash outdoors or inside the unit, pets should never be left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests.
Clean-Up Responsibility
All dog waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
Please carry waste bags when walking your dog.
Securely tie used bags and place them in the designated outdoor bins.
Failure to clean up after your dog may result in a cleaning fee or other penalties.
No Dogs on Furniture
Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
Please bring your own pet bedding or use designated dog blankets if provided.
Respect Shared and Outdoor Spaces
Dogs must be kept off any shared furniture or amenities and should not be allowed to dig, damage plants, or disturb landscaping.
Noise Consideration
Please be mindful of barking or other noise that could disturb nearby guests. If your dog becomes noisy, we ask that you address it promptly.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
