Centrally located close to the beach, pier and independent shops and bars of Kemptown. The house was spotless and comfortable, with everything you might need for a stay. Perfect for a family with children.
A bit more clarity re the bins/recycling might have been good - we were lectured quite aggressively by a neighbour for trying to recycle in communal bins on a private estate, when in fact the bins were elsewhere. We had misread the instructions, but didn't expect to be threatened with a report to the police for trespassing while trying to do our civic duty....!
